The staff at Small Door in Brookline are amazing - knowledgeable of course, but they also genuinely care about my cat and have the patience to answer all of my questions and concerns. They always do their best to make my cat feel comfortable and to move at her own pace as much as possible.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Every single staff member I have interacted with has been so helpful and kind. My dog is extremely anxious and Dr. Beth took such wonderful care of him and met him at his comfort level. I truly have never had such a positive vet experience. Your pet will be safe and loved here!
After seeing multiple vets throughout my dog’s life, Small Door is definitely number 1. The care provided was amazing and Dr. Waisburd was very helpful and thorough. The staff is super friendly and even though my fur baby is anxious by nature he seemed a lot more relaxed at Small Door than at any other vet!!
