The staff and veterinarians are wonderful! Clean and organized office, waiting area and patient rooms. Atmosphere always has a pleasant feeling. They are all helpful, insightful and provide good information. Dr. Chan is always pleasant and more importantly she was great with our cat Dave. Great service and convenient.
Small Door has provided a great experience for our pets. The staff members are friendly and helpful and the doctors are responsive and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and state of the art. We especially love the spacious waiting rooms as our pets are anxious when they are in the same space with other pets. The 24 hour texting option is a bonus!
Small Door Vet UWS never ceases to amaze me with their outstanding customer service and genuine care. Their techs immediately ease my dogs nervousness and help her to feel safe and secure. The team is always on time with minimal waiting ( unheard of at a vet office). Iām truly so thankful for Small Door and highly recommend to anyone looking for veterinary dogtor services.
