It feels like home whenever I walk in to Small Door! Every staff member knows all the animals by name and specific details about them, which is so comforting. Everyone is so friendly and everything is very convenient.
Every time I have needed care for my dogs, I have been blown away by all members of the Small Door team, whether the dogs are sick, getting their teeth cleaned or a wellness check. The app is so convenient to keep their medical history as well.
