Small Door Bethesda is great. The doctors (Dr.Heller) and the nurse's and front desk staff are knowledgeable, caring, friendly professionals. I love the ability that their app provides to give you 24/7 access to a team to answer any and all of your questions. I highly recommend them!
We had such a wonderful visit to Small Door in Bethesda! Everyone from reception to Dr. Penny Coder made Dolly feel so comfortable. Even the aftercare was above and beyond - Small Door checked in with me via text to see how Dolly was recovering and continued to provide excellent telehealth care after our initial in person visit. I would give 10 stars if possible and am so grateful I found this practice for Dolly’s ongoing preventative care.
Absolutely LOVED our visit to Small Door Veterinary! Christine and Dr. Heller were absolutely amazing with my Pup Zoro, he was sooo loved since he went through the doors and it made me so happy! Amazing service, extremely attentive, he was so happy the whole time and this is our Small Door Veterinary location moving forward! 10000% recommend them!
