The staff in Navy Yard are friendly and professional...It's incredibly easy to ask questions through the app and receive timely responses. Also very easy to access vet records and schedule new appointments. Membership or not, worth every penny. I have a membership and have been bringing my dog for almost a year now and will continue doing so.
SO IMPRESSED! It’s clean, the staff is fantastic, and I love the chat feature. Dr. Wells and the team we met with were wonderful. Being able to get a next day appointment is a game changer for me.
This has to be the best vet I've ever been to! The entire staff was lovely and the place was spotless. The vet discussed different options for my cat and did not try to sell me any unnecessary procedures. I signed up for the membership because we will definitely be going back!
